Session length & counseling fees
Standard counseling sessions are 45 to 50 minutes long, for a fee of $145.
(Clients also have the option for extended sessions, which are 60 to 75 minutes long, for a fee of $180.)
First intro meeting
I’m comfortable offering a first intro meeting for new clients, free of charge. We can talk about what brings you to counseling, discuss any questions you may have, and go over intro paperwork together.
48-hour cancellation policy
Because sessions are reserved in advance, I charge a $75 fee for canceling or rescheduling with less than 48-hours’ notice.
Out-of-network with insurance
I don’t have a contract with any health insurance company. This means I am an “out-of-network provider.”
(Some health insurance plans have out-of-network benefits. If your plan has out-of-network coverage, I can submit paperwork to your insurance company, and they might be able to reimburse you for part of the session fee.)
